Goals of the classes:
? Development and maintenance of physical and psycho-emotional balance;
? Liberation of body and mind;
? Adaptation to physical and psycho-emotional stress;
? Self development through movement.
The program is based on the principles of movement from martial arts, various types of gymnastics and physiotherapy.
? For any level of physical fitness;
? Evening classes – on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 19:00 (Riga time) for 40 minutes;
? No equipment needed;
? Subscriptions available;
? Classes are conducted by a certified physiotherapist Elizabeth Colbin.
