Goals of the classes:
🤸 Development and maintenance of physical and psycho-emotional balance;
🤸 Liberation of body and mind;
🤸 Adaptation to physical and psycho-emotional stress;
🤸 Self development through movement.
The program is based on the principles of movement from martial arts, various types of gymnastics and physiotherapy.
👉 For any level of physical fitness;
👉 Evening classes – on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 19:00 (Riga time) for 40 minutes;
👉 No equipment needed;
👉 Subscriptions available;
